OPI Start To Finish – Original Formula (Base, Top, & Strengthener)
OPI Regular Formula Start-to-Finish is a base coat, top coat and natural nail strengthener in one high performance formula.
How to Use:
As a Base Coat:Â Start-to-Finish can be applied before nail lacquer to prevent staining and to strengthen the natural nail. It also provides a smooth base for the application of OPI Nail Lacquer.
As a Top Coat:Â Apply over nail lacquer. Start-to-Finish is a quick drying top coat that produces a high gloss shine.
As a Nail Strengthener:Â Start-to-Finish bonds nail protein fibers, a process which hardens nails and prevents moisture loss. The result – stronger, more flexible nails.Â
